Yasameen Walizada, Licensed Paralegal
Yasameen Walizada is the founder of Walizada Legal Services, established after more than 15 years of experience as a Court and Client Representative in the Province of Ontario, the Region of Waterloo, and as a Senior Paralegal in the private sector. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills as a negotiator and litigator, supported by extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of legal matters.
Originally focused on immigration law in the Greater Toronto Area, Halton Region, and the Cambridge–Kitchener–Waterloo areas, Yasameen now provides comprehensive legal services. These include representation before the Small Claims Court, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, WSIB Ontario, and the Social Benefits Tribunal, as well as assistance with select criminal matters and other legal issues.
In addition, Yasameen is a commissioner of oaths, administering oaths, affirmations, and formal declarations for a wide range of official documents.
